Compress PDF Function Not Working

The Compress PDF function is not working. It will attempt to upload the document but stop at the same number every time I try to refresh and reupload. Please fix!! Need this function to work.

    In order to help you better, please share more info with us, like whats the size of the file, does it have only text or images too or if possible share the file with us so that we can investigate further. Also let us know if see any error when upload stops ?
