Product disappeared--billing still active
My Desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro disappeared, along with all my Recent File History. I've worked for about 2 hours trying to get it going again. One screen says I paid my monthly subs 2 weeks ago (for 5 years!) and another screen says "no active subscription". I can access the Web App, but its slow and its recent files stop 3 months ago. When I tap Get Desktop app, I get a creative cloud app, that does nt have adobe acrobat pro on it, in fact invites me to buy it again. Really frustrated, the Software is part of my daily routine, and Im hobbled using the web app. Not happy. ACL fits in here somewhere. SRB
