I have been having a horrible experience with Adobe Pro for a number of months. I noticed that the program started to make my taskbar glitch and flash rapidly when turning the app on or opening a PDF. I also noticed that the top bar of the app doesnt have the "minimize, maximize or close" button visible. IF you click in the empty space they appear but the only button that responds is the close button. The app seems to struggle to run even when its the only program actively on. I did counltess things and the most recent fix was the Adobe Cleanup tool, a uninstallation of all apps and a fresh installation of adobe. Seems to give me trouble after Windows updates or creative cloud updates
