Adobe Documents Going to Spam
Hi there, I use your program to send over contracts for our law firm services and I am getting a lot of complaints that the people I am sending the contracts to are not receiving them. The documents seem to go to their spam folder each time. I have colleagues who are sending the same documents and haven't had these types of complaints. Is there anything I can do or could someone please assist me with this issue?

This is a common issue, especially in industries like legal services where documents such as contracts, claims, or case summaries are regularly sent via email. Spam filters can be sensitive to certain attachments, wording, or sender reputation. One approach is to ask recipients to whitelist your email address or regularly check their spam or junk folders. Additionally, using a verified business domain instead of a generic email (like Gmail or Yahoo) can often improve deliverability. You might also consider using secure document sharing platforms instead of email attachments, as many of them are optimized to avoid spam triggers.
In our experience working with Workers Compensation Lawyers in Brisbane at https://workerscompensationlawyersqld.com.au/, consistent communication with clients is crucial. Important paperwork getting lost in spam can lead to delays or even legal complications. Some firms have started using client portals where documents are accessed via secure links rather than direct email attachments, which has significantly reduced these issues. If you're running into this problem often, it might be worth reviewing the delivery method as well as how recipients’ email providers are interpreting your messages.
