Seriously, enough with the constant "upgrades"
Why do you keep changing the way this program works? I feel like it has been changed 3 or 4 times now in the past few years. Why are you making your users constantly re-learn how to set up documents? This is contrary to every principle of UX design, it puts too great a burden on users to have to constantly figure out how to set up documents because you ******* decided to **** with the layout and process to set up a simple ******* document. If this happens again I am cancelling my subscription, I'll just use Docu-sign. I'm completely over the constant 'upgrades' that demand I relearn the same ******* thing, again. I don't have time for this BS. I want this to be a fast, painless process. I want to learn it once and then streamline my process so I don't have to think about how to do something that DOES NOT MATTER. I don't want to have to spend any more time on it than absolutely necessary. When you change **** around, you WASTE MY TIME having to go find it and relearn the same process just to set up a ******* document. Never do you make it easier. You just make it different. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY, STOP THIS *. JUST STOP. SERIOUSLY, ***** ALL.
