Stealing from elderly people must be how AA makes its money.
You can improve your product by not stealing from people. You charged us $21.77/mo for a $12.99/mo subscription and then charged us for a whole year when we only wanted a month. Then had the nerve to charge us another $12.99 for the last 8 days of the year long obligation that we inadvertantly (elderly spouse with poor online skills) signed up for and were not allowed to cancel early. You prey on people like vultures, cheating and stealing from them. Oh yes, there are pages of fine print informing us of all of the rules hidden away amongst a bunch of legalese BS. But you know you are not a company with integrity. You shamelessly cheat people.
