Helpful features for Acrobat in document cloud
Hello, I'm a Acrobat power user, spending much of my working day in the application. I've recently begun using the document cloud for collaboration around PDFs (multiple collaborators performing reviews and annotating using the Comments pane). It is really great! A few features that would make it more useful:
- Ability to search for comments by text string (like in the installed application)
- Ability to copy a link directly to a comment (like you can do with an "update" message in Workfront)
- Ability to set the status of a comment (like in the installed application: Approved, Rejected, Cancelled, None, etc.)
- For PDFs uploaded to document cloud that already have comments with statuses, the hidden status annotations should not appear in the Comments pane as separate comments, but should be hidden (and ideally integrated with a feature that sets the status of a comment)
Anyway, thanks for considering these ideas, and great job on the product so far. I'll be looking forward to seeing further improvements/features as you continue working on it!
