FIX YOUR E-SIGNATURE SERVICES
I am paying an absurd amount of money monthly to be able to use ONE aspect of adobe - to get signatures on documents. The fact that, without fail, I can count on "request e-signature services are temporarily unavailable" as an error message JUST when I've gotten into a workflow is absolutely infuriating. I wasted two work days already last week on hold with customer service when it would not work at all. How can this possibly be an acceptable level of product performance??????
