For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. convert to pdf not working

    Maybe it's the weekend rush or something, but converting my files to pdf, haven't been working. I have already checked if it was on my end and unfortunately or fortunately, it wasn't.

  4. Can't use what I paid for

    I would like to know why I can't convert a jpg to pdf when it is included in my plan. I could do one, but now it tells me I have to sign up for Adobe Pro in order to use this feature.

  15. cannot convert from pdf to word or word to pdf

    I Cannot convert any files. it friezes at the end and takes more them 20/25 mins and still does not convert the files from word or from PDF.
    can you help ?
    otherwise this will be end of my time with you guys.
