4. I HATE THE UPDATE

   I absolutely DETEST and ABHOR the Adobesign update. It's incredibly NOT USER FRIENDLY. Please don't try and fix something that is not broken. Please give me back the old screen please. This layout is terrible and makes it more time consuming to file away the signatures. I hate it :(

5. Change back to previous layout

   I Absolutely hate this layout... We have been using it but it is such a time consumer. Software is supposed to allow you to access your information in the fastest and most intuitive way possible this is not it. Let me prove it. When you log in what do you customers want... First they want to see everything they sent off , anything that is waiting for them, and all of their templates so they don't have to go clicking around to find it. Do you know I have been on here for 15 minutes and I cannot find my templates to send off to someone... There is something really wrong here. When you had the previous dashboard it was simple and user friendly. Trust me I'm not a better is worse type of guy I love updates, I use all the new software but this one fell short... Way short after rummaging through things I can get to the right screen so I can work effectively but why not give us what we need. I have 13 people on my team and they all are very angry with Adobe sign... These are techies not grandmas... You have a problem here. Clearly I would not be taking the time to write all of this out if it was not a good use of my time. Consider that I would rather give you feed back than go send off 5 new contracts with clients... Because I am hopeful that you will give me a way to use your software faster for the future... Your layout is literally our achilles heel.

   Here is my cell phone I would be happy to help you, but better yet here is the easiest fix... Just put all of the Quick start at the top of the old screen where it shows you everything... DONE and DONE you have literally saved my team over 28 hours a year per employee. It takes 3.2 minutes each time we log into adobe sign to get to our screen where everything is we log in on average 7 times per day... and I have a team of 13 so 1715 minutes, / 60 minutes * 13 Employees = 371.58 lost hours of productivity because you changed our screen I was wondering why I had to hire a new team member... YOUR SOFTWARE COST US 42K in additional labor force . OUCH please fix this. Now you can see why I am writing this . Thank you for your consideration. DOUG

   Está muito ruim. Era muito melhor antes. Não acho opção de apagar, não acho opção de criar modelo de campos para assinatura... tentaram deixar mais simples - ficou - mas retiraram (ou esconderam) funcionalidades básicas que deixam a experiência horrível. é uma pena, vou ter que achar outro.

8. Adobe Sign

   In regards to the Adobe Sign: I do not have time to stop working on my business to go through this new signed agreements screen. Why can I not easily change or delete my templates? I'm not trying to see everything in this big format. Put it back to the way it was. This is not very professional, and none of us are teenagers who need to see this ridiculous big spaced out **** on our system. Get it together, all of your customers pay you for EFFICIENCY. Best!

10. Horrible update

    The re-design of adobe sign is terrible. There is no way to easily tell what is outstanding, waiting for a signature. It is ridiculously cumbersome to have to click on every recently sent document to find out which one belongs to which person when you've sent out a significant amount of documents to be signed.

    It's not user friendly at all. So many clicks are required to get anything done. Things can't easily be cancelled, templates can't easily be deleted.

    The update is a nightmare.

12. Usability of New UI Update

    Him the new interface is really confusing.
    - It's hard to find and manage my templates
    - It's hard to even use a template, which is the whole point of this solution
    - In the list of documents, It's not clear what the status of documents sent for signature are
    - It's not clear who the document was sent to

    Please don't launch UI updates until you actually finish the functionality. The old Adobe sign interface wasn't pretty, and it had some usability problems, but you don't fix them by launching something worse or incomplete.

    Adobe makes DESIGN TOOLS. I expect more from you.

    If this isn't resolved soon, I will be converting to Docusign which is unfortunate since I use so many adobe products now.

14. HIGHLY DYSFUNCTIONAL: The New Adobe Sign Interface

    I'm not sure what the goal was with this new Adobe Sign interface and operational flow...but it is absolutely terrible and whatever the mark was, it was missed completely. I'm so frustrated with the fact that this new set up was even launched and forced upon us in this condition...I have to fight with this program literally all day everyday just to simply send the same document out for signature to various clients. Previously, I could literally press 2 buttons and it'd be on it's way. What used to take 15 seconds, now takes 5 minutes. This is ridiculous. I've inserted my template NUMEROUS times, yet every time I go to use it, it's not there and/or won't load and takes me to a blank screen (screenshot attached). I also can no longer easily see the names on documents as they appear in my logs. Everything is simply labeled as "signed agreement" and you have to literally click in and open each file one by one to see who each "signed agreement" belongs to. We can also no longer easily see cancelled or pending agreements...and all of this is just of highly disappointing quality, especially coming from Adobe. I'm almost in shock at how this software is performing, especially considering the types of users who typically utilize document signing software. Smh. hopefully you all are able to provide us with something way better soon.

19. Mobile Version of Site Requires Fixes

    The site isn’t working well when viewing on a mobile device. The file names don’t show on the dashboard. Also, I wanted to send a reminder for someone to sign and I couldn’t. I’m attaching a screenshot of what the screen looked like and I was unable to scroll to the left or zoom out to try to set the reminder. I would have included a screenshot of the dashboard but this only allows me to attach one file. Please fix, thank you!
