Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. I've forgotten my password. I follow the steps to reset forgotten password, however I always end up with a sales pitch to upgrade. Please stick to the reset and stop interfering with the sales pitches

  4. The Support experience over the past 2 days has been like a dog chasing his tail..
    being transferred to multiple different people, getting different answers that don't solve the problem. explaining the issue over and over to multiple different people. I'm still waiting to find a solution to my problem and have 2 support tickets open 883306/883302

  5. Google listing says free pdf editor yet as soon as I try to make an edit I need to subscribe. I will tell the original creator of this document to never send me a PDF ever again. It costs money for me to make the smallest of adjustments. Your product is a total waste of time!

  6. I tried to cancel my subscription on Plans page, but there is no plan. However the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application shows : 2 days left in trial.

  8. I have a new lap top & trying to upload software which I was successful with. However, all of the features of Adobe Pro are not loading. The 'edit PDF' feature is not loading.
    This is the MAIN reason I subscribe and need help getting it to load.

    Please have someone contact me to assist in this.

  9. This is the most frustrating system I've ever used. I can't even access my files that way you have me set up here. Please stop charging me $14.99 a month for such lousy service Adobe!

  10. when I try to open acrobat, reader opens instead. is this an issue with licensing? I have a pro subsription that should give me access to acrobat.

  12. IT IS ABSURD THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION JUST TO ADD 2 PAGES TO A SINGLE PDF. WHY? THIS IS PREDATORY PRACTICE OF FORCING PEOPLE INTO PAYING FOR SOMETHING THEY ONLY NEED ONCE.

  13. You are terrible people forcing me to pay an excessive feee if I want to cancel the product. This is just bad business practice. I was looking at the service to see if I needed it...I do not. I am not a big business but one person work. This is not needded for me. I can't believe I have to pay well over one hundered dollars for a service I would want to cancel. You guys are a RIP OFF and Awful.

  15. Cannot download app. How do i get refund?
    It is trying to force me to connect my OneDrive or use in Webversion. I do not want that. I just want the app on my machine.

    Error message attached. very frustrating.

    If app install on desktop is not possible, please apply refund/cancellation.

  17. you literally claim that you can rotate pdf's for free but then put it behind what is essentially a pay wall? I don't want to do your free trial and I don't want to give you my information. I just. Want. To. Rotate. My. PDF.

  20. I was charged in December 2022 for year 2023. I did not even know I had the service. I want to cancel, which I did, yet you still kept my money and now you say I have a free account. I need a refund. This is a terrible way to do business. How do you get by with this? I will be sure to enlighten people of your ridiculous practice of cancelling the subscription with no refund. I read the rules...and cancelled my card. This is very unethical.
