I recently bought a new laptop and would like to continue using the various Adobe tools like I have done for several years already.. But when I tried to do so on this new computer, I was requested to become a user again for an annual fee. Your deceptive marketing for "Free PDF editor" has lost you another customer.
You have a "SCAM" marketing ploy here! Which is why I will avoid at all costs using Adobe products! I found a site declaring, "Edit PDFs with a free online PDF editor|Adobe Acrobat." And it opens to this Editor page that CLEARLY states "Edit a PDF". But after uploading the PDF and attempting to edit the text, I was advised that this feature is ONLY available in the Pro version, which can be accessed either via a 7-day free trial or a paid subscription. Your attempts like this to trick people into subscribing but not being forthright about the LIMITATIONS…

Falsche Lizenz macOS statt Windows
Ich habe die Lizenz für Acrobat Pro 2020 Windows eingelöst, mir wurde aber die Acrobat Pro 2020 macOS freigeschaltet :-( Auf Hinweis der Hotline habe ich dann nochmals die Windows-Lizenz angemeldet, bis heute aber nichts gehört. Inzwischen ist die Demo-Version abgelaufen und ich stehe etwas orientierungslos da.
Was kann ich noch machen, dass ich die richtige Lizenz freigeschaltet bekomme?

Issue with plan
hi I had Adobe acrobat pro, i took the offer to upgrade to creative with 100gb for an additional AAUD 52.77 offer.
I do not see it on my plans.
I also had a trial for creative which i cancelled so I do not get double charged in 7 days.
It is not showing this correctly. Please advise.

I hate adobe
We dont want u to improve. we just want to humbly request not to mock at people who desperately wanted to edit their pdf. If you want money please beg for it before you ask someone to login. please dont waste our time. Please mention on your forehead that to edit a text you have to pay or start a trail, so everyone can see it clearly and escape from this. My God. Pathetic man..

Hello, I don't understand why you should be forcing people to use your service. I signed up for a free trial and canceled it 3 days after I realized the feature I wanted was not available. Please remove my card from your system and stop bugging me.

Terrible free trial experience
Possibly the worst free trial experience on the internet. It's not really a trial if I can do one file. Not a chance I subscribe as I assume this is indicative of the continued experience.
