Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Please change Adobe sign back. It was easy to see who had signed documents and who hadn't. This new set-up, you have to click into each individual agreement to see who it was sent to.

    The same with reminders and notes - having to open each individual agreement to send them is wasting time.

    My template has also disappeared. I have made a new one, but now takes extra steps to send.

    Super inconvenient and inefficient. Please fix.

  2. How do I see a list of my documents out for signature that are pending? This new re-design is horrible - I can't find anything anymore! BRING BACK THE OLD DESIGN!!!

  5. You've dumbed down the "combine files" so I can't combine documents over 100 pages? Really? You've suckceeded in making your program absolutely useless to me. ********.

    How are you going to market this POS to professionals? Useless!

  6. I do not like the new interface for Adobe Sign now that it's connected to Adobe Cloud. What happened to the previous format? I'm not seeing previous documents I sent out for signature. I always reviewed my documents in under the Mange tab.

  7. I really don't like the new look on the documents to sign management page. I send the same document out often for signatures and now I can't tell who the doc was sent to without opening it. i used to be able to see what a had out for signatures including to who on one page. A real step backwards.

  8. I DO NOT like the new view. It was much easier to manage when I had a section of signed, waiting to be signed, cancelled and template library. Can I get my old view back?

  12. TERRIBLE LAYOUT - CANNOT SEE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR WHAT FILE WAS SENT!! THIS IS CRITICAL!! I SHOULD NAME EVERY FILE BASED ON THE RECIPIENT FROM NOW ON?? WHY IS IT YOU CANNOT COMPREHEND THE NEEDS OF YOUR CUSTOMERS? Attractive layouts do nothing is work flow is impeded. This was a terrible terrible mistake on your part. Please fix ASAP.

  16. This new look is ******. It does not work. I like the old look. I can't work like this.
    I CAN'T RESEND REMINDERS FOR SIGNING DOCUMENT ANYMORE.
    Your functionality is mispalced and hidden. Everyhting is in new places that I don;t know where what is.
    I hate this.
    And your help section doesn't asnwer to me where I can find stuff to do my daily work. I CAN'T DO MY WORK ANYMORE!!!

  17. the new Sign Agreements GUI is horrible. Please bring back the prior interface. (1) I cannot tell from the Sign Agreements screen whose agreements they are and there's no way to add that column; (2) I used to be able to download content of a signed form. Now when someone enters a lot of text in a text field, I cannot tell what the remaining texts are.

  19. All my templates are gone since the upgrade. I had spent HOURS creating these. How can I get them back without recreating all of them? This is extremely frustrating.

    Also, the new user interface is extremely difficult to navigate. Ex: If I'd like to find a document I've shared, it doesn't show me who it was sent to. I need to click on individual ones until I find the document sent to the right person. Please advise.

  20. This new layout is so much more difficult to use. Horrible decision on your part. You can not type in the template field, can only upload a file and can't change the customer info in this view. You also cant not see everything clearly on one page. GO BACK TO THE LAST LAYOUT!!! PLEASE!!!
