Program is getting worse not better
Your program doesn't work anymore!
I select Request e-signatures and then get one of the many pages I want to bring over and it goes immediately into add email and name mode and ready to send.... but I need to add 6 more pages. I go in to EDIT and try to add pages and it brings them in but I can't read the tiny thumbnails to confirm they are the right pages. Then I say save and I get two errors at the bottom of the page.
This program has only gotten worse since I first started with it.…

worst update to an already working system
why has adobe changed the way e signatures can be sent this has all changed and is a lot longer to send

my changes are gone because the stupid app saved and HOW CAN U DELETE EVERYTHING I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON FOR 6 HOURS WHEN U SAVE

Not a fan. Erasing data fom forms.
The new e sign is not working properly. Whether I have a prefilled form or fill it out in the cloud file, when I click on e signature, the program is inserting text fields in my form and overwriting the data I have typed in. I have sent test forms for signatures and the forms are blank.

HATE HATE HATE THIS VERSION
HATE THE NEW ESIGNATURE REQUESTS!!! this section has changed and I cannot work out how to add additional documents to this like the old version used to be able to do. Also where do I add comments and document titles. I really don't like this new format and the 'instructions' and videos are vague and inadequate. Very frustrating!!!

Onedrive Saving error
I edit files on online by connecting OneDrive. However, when I edit the file first time, it is saved automatically and works properly, but after the first edit(hightlight, etc) the following error message occurs and the document cannot be saved.
'Cannot read property 'code' of undefined'. I wonder this is a recent error, because I have used Adobe Acrobat in this way without a trouble since now. Thanks for your help!1 voteHi 김동현 / 전문연구요원 / 지능정보융합학과,

New version is close to unusable
You should immediately fire anyone and everyone who thought this new version of Acrobat was even remotely usable. Everyone at our company hates it. This is the first time in years that I am actually looking for a product other than Adobe.

Failure converting to pdf
Create pdf option not working in Adobe Acrobat premium

Allow editing of web form signers in setup stage
Allow changes to signers on the set-up for web forms. If someone from an organization needs to sign something and then leaves that organization, there is no way to change who should sign unless you change it with every new agreement that comes in or to completely start over creating a template.

We do support editing an active web form, for any changes you need to open the web form from Acrobat web and in the panel under actions you can select Edit Web form. E-Sign - before automatically install new version, ensure it has same capabilities as old!!
E-Sign - new version is terrible as it causes way more time to send multiple documents!!

New version is missing features
How do I go back to the Legacy version as the "NEW" version is not working at all and I can't send requests for electronic signatures!!!

You can also go back to the old version by following this steps:
- Click on your profile
- Select Settings
- In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
- Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast
This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting

Why the new layout?
Why would you change the entire functionality of adding comments to a PDF when that was what separated this software from others? The new tool layout is so clunky and non-user friendly. Please revert it back to how it was.

cannot upload file to convert
Everytime I select the file to upload it tells me to contact the customer support for help, I'm stuck there. I can't even start a free trial or buy the product. What should I do please?

Duplicate a PDF
Please add the essential feature of duplicating a PDF document.

Not saving PDF after inserting a new page
It is not allowing me to delete a page and insert a new page. Once I hit save, it tells me something went wrong and gets stuck on the screen saying "discard" "cancel" and then I cant move forward with trying to save my new page.

'Request e-signatures not working'
Hello! I am unable to add signature box when using the "request e-signatures" feature. I am a deadline to submit a contract and now will be delayed getting it to a client. I have had this repeated issue with your software. Please, please invest in getting this fixed.
