Blank Space for Name Made Cleaner
Have the box for Firt Name Last Name show to filler/signer when filling a web form. Upon submission of the form autofill the signer's First Name Last Name & Email from the form to confirm they are the same.

Clients stuck, can't find or click AGREEMENT [box]
A decent percent of my customers are unable to find the box at the bottom of the page which must be checked before click the click to sign button. Many forms have had to be printed and many miles driven in order to bring conncect these forms to clients for manual signature. Please make the Agreement box easier for everyone to see if it needs to be checked. Or change it into a button people can click on it to continue. Faster initialing
Would be very helpful if the Initials tool when signing would 'stick' to the cursor so you could add multiple initials without having to click Sign>Initial every time.

Manage In Progress when only CC'd
I have a person that is seeing someone else's form in their manage tab under the in progress section. The person is CC'd on the form, but we have not seen this happen before. Can you please help me understand why this is happening?

Signature Requests going to SPAM folders
As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.

Bulk download documents
Allow users to bulk download signed/filled documents as you would each individual. selecting more only states "cannot combine the documents" but would be beneficial to download multiple simultaneously.

I think your electronic signature service is amazing. I am proud to be associated with your brand. The only feature that I wish you had is the ability to embed a Vimeo video directly within a signable document. It can still be a traditional, classic portrait-shaped document that prints well as a static PDF. However, video matters a lot for proposals in 2025. PandaDoc and GoHighLevel both have traditional classic style of documents for print, but they offer embeddable YouTube and Vimeo videos. Can't Edit Adobe Web Forms Pages
Hi, we have been using adobe Web Forms for over a year now and can't complain except we hope there is a way to edit its pages. We hope you can go in to an existing web form and add, remove pages of it.
Currently, yes you can edit a web form but only the text, signature fields etc. and not the pages.

Fix New Sign's inability to properly assign fields in templates
DO NOT force Sign users to use New Sign until is ready; it is not ready now.
New Sign breaks existing templates by (I think) defaulting all initial (& other?) fields to the first sender, even when it was 2nd sender on the template.
Long-time user of Sign. Got the notice it's coming, whether we want it or not (and whether it's remotely ready, evidently.) So I tried it out.
My documents have, typically, just two signers: me as sender and the recipient. Template docs have assigned fields with assigned fillers/signers/initialers -- either me or the recipient.

Date of signatures
I've noticed recently that, when I send a document out with a date request, the date is then not carrying through when the document is returned to me, i.e. not the date stamp on the signature, but if I ask someone to separately date the document, then the dating function isn't working.

Few new useful options and desktop version glitches
