Abbuchung ohne aktivem Produkt
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, mir wird monatlich eine Gebühr in Höhe von 23,99 Euro abgebucht obwohl ich derzeit kein Produkt gebucht habe. Ich hätte hierzu bitte gerne mehr Informationen bzw möchte ich noch laufende Produkte umgehend kündigen. Ich bitte Sie daher um schnellstmögliche Rückmeldung per Email an melanie_fritz@gmx.at.

UX issue
It's stupid UX, I uploaded file to compress without sign-in. system shows me that file compressed but no link to download, then I signed-in, and when I compress same file I error file was compressed without any link where to download. It so unclear how to do such simple action

cancel subscription. Cant see the plan page

Bad new interface
The August 2023 update where the interface was completely changes is horrible. The old interface was intuitive, and the new interface is not only not intuitive but disrupts formerly efficient workflow. Bring back the old user interface - we are paying customers.

Poor Quality Conversions PDF to JPEG
Converting A1 PDF to JPEG.
I used the Adobe online tool, which I pay a monthly subscription for. I used the highest quality setting possible however the words are unreadable. I then use a free service iLovePDF.com and it coverts with supperior quality and results.
I question why I am paying for a Adobe subscription....

The menu bar on the left of the screen is in the way.
Get that menu bar out of the way please. It is directly in the way of what I need to be able to view. This update/problem couldn't come at a worse time. Please fix immediately.

Same Items showing under both "In progress" and "complete"
Some items are showing up BOTH under "In Progress" and "Completed" eg. Kimberley Edge... can you please sort this issue out.

hate the update
stop re-arranging and making things more complicated. So much time is wasted learning all over again. Having tools on both sides is ridiculous. Icons are not explanatory to the point of the old ones were. Really, stop paying people to make worse something that should be easy.

Breach of privacy
Your new browser based system has some serious security and privacy concerns related to it. I viewed a function menu from a website and I can see the email addresses of others that have also viewed it. You are sharing personal information with others and taken a fantastic product that has always worked, and worked well and turned it into something that constantly generates errors, crashes and even the desktop app is now 'back to front' with tools and navigation now on opposite sides. Why would you do this to your massive and loyal customer base? And now this serious…

Get rid of the adobe cloud storage when sending an email
Allow us to disable the cloud storage easily. I don't like this option at all.

reading loud function doesn't work well
reading aloud doesn't work properly. When i select a language Adobe doesn't remember it for the next time and keeps resetting. Sound quality is bad, it reads without taking care of comma, period or question marks. Very robotic and not natural. please improve this feature.

Waiting for adobe to cover the cost
I have been working on a single file the whole day. It seemingly has saved my progress throughout the day. When I was ready and wanted to save and download the program timeouted and revealed that nothing was saved. No versions. Nothing.
I am wating for your team to reach out and cover the extra the extra work hours. KR

Awful Experience
This product is by far the least user-friendly software I have ever used. I have never had more glitches while using software, my document will not save any changes even though I have troubleshooted, I am fully connected to wifi, and my computer is fully updated. I would have fewer complaints if I could at least save this document, but there is no way for me to do so. Every time I attempt to save it, it says that it is saving the changes and proceeds to say that it not save them.

Recommendation
It would be great if there was a feature to send documents to a fax number and to be able to receive documents from a fax number.
