e-signature list
Please add (as soon as possible) the ability to copy email addresses into the e-signature list. Currently you can only type a person's email, which is a major oversight. Emails can be complicated and a single typo will result in the person not receiving the form for e-signature.

Can't do something as simple as attach a jpg to a document.
Stop over-complicating things to the point where they break. I'm being forced to used your garbage programs for work, and I've spent the last 7 hours troubleshooting adobe sign because it refuses to accept a simple .jpg.
I have nothing but a miserable experience every time I'm forced to use any adobe product.

ADOBE SIGN DOES NOT WORK 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 SINCE RECENT UPDATES
Adobe sign literally just does not work half the time now. It's useless and our company is going to change to another service instead as a result. All of your recent updates have caused a myriad of bugs and none of them have been addressed despite giving feedback multiple times. Maybe it would be smart to focus on ensuring that your core services continue to work as intended instead of offering me AI tools that I don't want or need and are frankly useless when your base services don't work anyway.

Sign in parallel
Would love for the sign in parallel option to come back!
1 voteHi Bethany,
We really appreciate your feedback and are working hard to improve the app with recurring updates. However, it is important to mention that parallel signing is available in the most recent version of the application. To enable this feature, you can use the following instructions:
1. Start Request E-Signature workflow with any valid file
2. On Add Recipient modal, uncheck the "Recipients must sign in order" checkbox. This will enable Parallel signing
Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments regarding this or any other feature of our app.

Dreadful updates.
This new update to e-signature documents is absolutely horrendous. It now takes twice as long to send a simple pdf with 1 signature. When you want to send one document after another, it keeps loading in the previous document in error. There was nothing wrong with the previous software, it worked great, that's why we bought it. We will be moving away unless drastic changes are made.

The updates to adobe sign are causing issues with block placement. The signature blocks look fine in the "review" but when they are saved and sent, the block move to different areas of the document and shift places. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

Automatic Field Detection Issue
Please, please, please, please turn off automatic field detection. It's ruining documents pre-prepared to send out for signature. The auto field detection is covering information already populated on the form and, in some cases, erases the information. This causes the client to have to sign multiple times or I have to print the form after signature to fill in the erased information. HELP

Modern Request E-Signatures Interface is bad.
The new Request E-Signatures interface is un-intuitive and restrictive:
- I was not previously restricted to a maximum file size of 8mb. I often work with large files that need signatures and this is very prohibitive for me.
- I used to select an e-sign template initially before adding my other documents to be signed, and I had to google how to add other documents.
- When adding multiple documents to sign initially (after discovering that I needed to do that), the only way to change the order is to use the arrows on the side, which is very clunky…2 votesHello,
We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. features are missing
I use features from the classic version such as file attachment, that are not currently available on this version. On the new version we cannot cc a person until the end of the process, but on the classic version we can cc someone at the beginning. We lose the ability to cc someone immediately upon switching from the new to classic. Can the cc option be available to us at the beginning of the process on the new version?
I'm also having issues with the signature lines getting moved to a different location on the form after it is signed…

Everything regressed
This version of Adobe E-Sign sucks. How do I go back to the old version where things just worked?
Adobe now balloons up files and then limits the amount for Adobe E-sign. It used to just work. I would question anyone's sanity if they recommended this iteration of Adobe.

Product is Frustrating
I use this tool to create and edit PDFs and collect e-signatures using "Create Web Form" and "Request E-Signatures." Adobe seems to get more complicated and more difficult to use. A few specific complaints:
(1) stop with all the interruptions about your new features. I don't want to take tours and learn about new features. I don’t need to learn how to edit a PDF. I don’t want to watch videos about Adobe. I have work to do and you're getting in my way.
(2) I pay for this, it's buggy, it crashes. I just had to uninstall and re-install…1 voteHi Tim,

E-signature update is garbage
I am writing to express my deep frustration with the recent overhaul of your e-signature tool. As a user of this product, I am shocked at the decline in efficiency and usability following the update. What used to be a straightforward task of entering and sending a lease, taking no more than five to six minutes, now inexplicably consumes over 20 minutes of valuable time. This significant increase in time, with no discernible improvements in functionality, is unacceptable and counterproductive.
The update, which seems to be merely a cosmetic facelift, has drastically reduced the tool's efficiency. For a company with…

Recipeints sign in order
Under E-sign option, it would be good to have a popup to confirm if the a document needs to be signed by recipients in order. Recently we missed checking the option of recipients will sign in order and we had to cancel the agreement and send it again
