1. Bug: Reader DC v20.012.20041 crashing on open for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2

   Serveral users in different environments having issues with the August 2020 update. Reader DC no longer works to open PDFs. Uninstall and Reinstall, and repair have not fixed the issue. Issue exists on Windows 8.1 systems and Windows Server 2012 R2. Issue occurs when attempting to open PDFs. On some uninstall and reinstall, tests of opening PDFs are successful, and then start failing again.

   Realy sorry to hear about the issue that you are facing with the Latest Reader when trying to open the PDFs.

   We would like you to kindly share the requested Procmon logs(as shared in the previous replies) with us so that the engineering Team can start actively working on the issue that you are facing.

   Also we would want to do a Web-Conference session as soon as possible where we would also debug the issue virtually on your machine for fixing.

2. auto scroll loop

   Auto scroll and speed choise are great but when the pdf arrives at the end and you want to see it many times you have to go again at the beginning and choose auto scrool.I suggest to implement the feature for the document to automatically loop and play over and over until you decide to stop it. Windows Media player has a repeat feature and power point also.I would like the same for acrobat reader.
   It would be great for educational purposes to repeat the same information until it is memorised.(REPETITION IS THE MOTHER OF RETENTION..)
   It seems from the link below that also other persons need the same feature.I think it is very easy for your experiened programmers to implement it.I urge you to do so.

5. show list of text higlighted

   Please, make a side tool to show list of text higlighted ( when we can read the text highlighted too ). it would be great if this list was ordered by pages and show page and chapter.

   This option would permit me study better documents with highlighted text and comments... it would be perfect.

6. Enabling Audio File to attach with PDF

   If an audio file is enabled as an option to attach with the PDF file, shall make a perfect presentation file helps better in expressing our perspective & ideas more precisely both through by our words & voice

7. Improve UI Customization - Make the comments toolbar stay open automatically no matter what

   In my case, I'm perfectly happy with the way Adobe chose to implement this (I haven't actually tried the upgrade yet - I'm just responding to other comments here). In addition to documents that come to me with comments I need to see, I open plenty of random PDFs that have no comments, and in those cases I wouldn't want the pane to take up space.

   But I suppose if Adobe wants to make everyone happy, in a future upgrade they could expand the setting to be a three-item radio selection instead of a checkbox:
   　Show Comments Pane upon opening document:
   　　● Never
   　　● If the document contains comments
   　　● Always

9. BUG: Can no longer close Reader window with COMMAND-W

   Until recently, you could close the Adobe Reader window (the one showing Recent, Starred, Scans, etc down the left side) with COMMAND-W. While you can still use COMMAND-W to close a PDF file, inexplicably this function no longer works with the Adobe Reader window. In workflow this is ridiculously annoying; I hit COMMAND-W to close my PDF window but then I have to go hunting for the CLOSE button to click on for the Adobe Reader window. At least, I am assuming this is a bug; I can't imagine someone purposefully enabling this highly obnoxious and laborious "feature" into the product.

11. Bug introduced in latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - no option for duplex printing

    After latest update to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, the option to print on both sides disappeared. Had to edit the registry to prevent automatic updates (how are naive users supposed to cope?).

12. hide Standard DC features

    Can you please hide the Acrobat Standard features, or allow the user to hide them.

    I appreciate you want to encourage users to purchase the license for Standard DC, but it is mis-leading showing the features on the right side of Reader DC if you can't even use them.

    Having the option to hide these features from Reader DC would be good

13. scrolling motion is not smooth on the pc version of adobe acrobat, while on mac it is natural and easy to read and not laggy

    I have a bad experience scrolling and reading pdfs on pc
    because its very laggy , while on ipad and the mobile version of this app its very smooth
    I hope you can solve this problem

15. Adobe Sign should be included in Reader and free

    I love the idea of a paper free world, and Adobe Sign might help so much to it. It could mean the end of printing documents to just sign and file them. I don’t get how come the Adobe managers have not realized of the great opportunity that lays out in front of them. An opportunity to make this product viral and as popular as the reader. Even more, making Acrobat Pro free, too. Now, it’s the perfect time for it when the world is under a lockdown and strongly needs great tools to produce documents and sign them. Please, make Adobe Sign free and popular like no other tool of its kind. There’re still so many opportunities to make a huge amount of money bulding services around it like charging for extra money for huge storage capacities on the cloud, connectors to Document Management Systems and third-party tools, services like notaries, publication to blockchain based registers etc... Please, make Adobe Sign the free and popular tool should be and in turn make it a great hub for all signed documents in the world (contracts, agreements, etc..) Imagine how many more services could be built around all these signed documents and soon you’ll view a huge business and strong case to make Adobe Sign or even Acrobat free (those could be just the ignitors of a huge leap forward like the Reader was is the past). 16. Bug: Problem with Windows Scaling high dpi

    When I click on "search for new updates" on my acrobat reader on my windows laptop surface laptop 3, there appears a new window where acrobat checks whether there are new updates, but this window is blurred. You have to adjust your programm script so that acrobat reader can handle this situation. I think it has something to do with the windows scaling function. I have set the scaling as recommended on 150% on my laptop. If acrobat would be programmed correctly this shouldnt matter. Please fix this. As you can see in the attachment its badly blurred.

    Stop the notification of "Who needs to Fill & Sign"? i beg of you. i do 30-50 invoices a day. by the end i want to pull my hair out with this.

18. Internet PDF Editing

    In the influx of remote learning, students are being sent work in PDFs. Opening them through Google Classroom in an internet browser offers no way to easily edit the content and fill in answers. As this will be a way of learning for the immediate future, something needs to be rolled out to allow this to be done for free for students. Currently I have to download and then open with adobe, but it’s a lot of extra steps when it could be so much simpler.

20. Feature : reopen last session when launching Adobe Reader

    Allow to reopen all previously opened tabs at once, to restore the session from when we closed Adobe Reader, in a way similar to web navigators for instance
