  4. I frequently have to sign timesheets that have been scanned on to email. (i.e Flat form without autofull fields) Adding my signature is easy, but I have to type the date out as text. Having an extra button that allows the date to be added, without having to type it would be fantastic.

  5. Verion 20.006.20034.39303

When copying from a PDF document the text gets cut off after the SECOND letter 't' when trying to paste.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1) Open the PDF document attached to this
    2) Go to the first page of PDF
    3) Highlight the sentence "If the input parameter is a timestamp (without time zone) it applies the offset of the time zone you specify and returns a timestamp with the time zone."
    4) Paste into a text editor

    Expected Results

    All the text is copy/pasted

    Observed Results:

    Only the following is pasted:

"If the input parameter is a"

  6. Recently we have noticed certificate revocation checking failures with the latest version of Acrobat Reader DC.

In the Department of Defense, the OCSP URLs in the DOD PKI are "http://ocsp.disa.mil". These servers work. But they do not respond on the SSL-enabled port (https). But when we try to verify signatures with Acrobat DC, we get connection failures. Network tracing has revealed that even though the URLs in the certificate specify http, Adobe Reader is trying to connect to the https port, and this gets timeouts.

    Environment: MacOS X
Steps to reproduce: Get a certificate that has an OCSP URL…

  7. I want to create a window-in-window which will hold the next image in pdf. This way, if a reader is reading a book or a journal with diagrams, he/she will not have to switch pages just to see the diagram.

  10. Adobe should make the "Use a certificate" method in Reader be a two-part process:
The first part allows the user to place the signature graphic and adjust it until it's just right
The second part should be the "Sign" button that actually locks the the graphic in place and digitally signs the file, opening the save file prompt.

    The problem:
It's difficult to know if you have drawn the correct sized and shaped box that the signature graphic will appear in. You are only able to know if you did it correctly AFTER you have signed the document digitally, and…

  11. Dear Adobe Product Team,

I would like to propose the addition of a new feature in Adobe Acrobat Reader—specifically, a “View All Pages on Screen” option within the View menu.

This feature would allow users to view the entire document layout, including all pages, margins, and formatting, within a single screen or overview mode prior to printing. Such functionality would be especially beneficial for professionals handling lengthy documents—often spanning hundreds of pages—who need to verify layout consistency, margin alignment, and overall formatting before initiating print or publication. This feature will also save a lot of wasted paper from pages printed…

  12. Since upgrading a large number PC to Win 11, Adobe background process does not always close on exiting Adobe and won't relaunch without either killing the background process or rebooting the PC. Have tried reinstalling on 1 PC but it did not fix the issue. All the PC are running Adobe Acrobat - version 25.001.20756

  13. Produkt & Version:

    Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2500120813.

    Betriebssystem:
    Windows 11 Pro
    Sprache:
    Deutsch (lokalisierte Version)
    Fehlerbeschreibung:

    Erwartetes Ergebnis:
Es sollte sich ein Fenster öffnen,…

  15. When viewing PDF files in Microsoft Edge, I often rely on the built-in translation feature that allows me to select text and instantly translate it. However, after installing Adobe Acrobat (or Adobe Studio), the Adobe extension overrides Edge’s native PDF viewer, and this translation functionality becomes unavailable.

I believe it would be highly beneficial if Adobe and Microsoft could collaborate to ensure that translation features remain accessible even when Adobe’s PDF tools are active within the browser. Ideally, users should be able to select and translate text regardless of which viewer is being used.

This would greatly improve usability for…

  16. Undo (ctrl-z) does nothing while using Fill & Sign.

Add a text box, fill in text, then click outside it. Nothing happens I assume. I did this 3-4 times, then clicked on signature to add that. Signature image was added, but then it lost focus. I guessed it might have gone behind the form itself. So I try to ctrl-z to undo my last actions (standard ctrl shortcut on Windows for undo). Nothing happens.

And I don't see a menu option for undo either. Every action will be manual during Fill & Sign? Why even claim it helps anything? I…

  19. Yes, you can resolve the QuickBooks error PS038 without updating to the latest version, although it is highly recommended to do so. You can perform troubleshooting methods like sending payroll data, verifying and rebuilding the company file, downloading the updates with admin privileges, and many more. However, it is still advised to start by updating your QuickBooks Desktop app.

  20. I coach AI as a job.

I think Adobe should name their AI agents (we can all agree its probably the same one) dependent on the program used to access it.

Eg-Acro (branded, gender neutral) or Betty (cute, alliterative - Betty the acroBat) for the acrobat reader program, for an image give it a cartoon bat with glasses/holding a file in its paws.

This sort of update helps users personify and interact with AI in a calmer way.
