2. When there are more than a page of recent documents, Adobe Reader opens unresponsive

   For the last few days, if I have more than a page of recent documents, when I open Adobe Reader, it immediately becomes unresponsive.

   I then have to open Adobe Reader by double clicking on a PDF document and clear the recent document list. Opening Adobe Reader this way means that it doesn't try to load the thumbnails for the recent documents, which is what I assume is the problem. Adobe Reader will then open correctly until the recent files list gets too big.

   As a workaround, I have just set the "Documents in recently used list" to 10 which will hopefully solve this. Prior to this it was set to 100.

   When I've closed Adobe Reader when it has been unresponsive this has generated a Microsoft error report, so you should be able to track these down and get the error information.

   Windows 10, 64 bit, version 2004

5. Make the hand pointer larger and more visible in documents

   As a result of COVID, we are now forced to have virtual tribunal hearings and present testimony in PDF via screen sharing.

   Witnesses often have to point out something in an exhibit - a sentence or paragraph or a point on a map and it is difficult for viewers to see the hand tool because it is too smaller to be easily visible and may not have sufficient contrast with document colors to stand out.

   At in-person hearings, it was possible for a witness to stand up a point with their hand to an item on the main display screen for the hearing. The virtual format does not allow this.

   Having the ability to adjust the size and/or color of the cursor would help hearings proceed more smoothly by making it easier for witnesses to point out specific items more clearly..

10. Lose the white borders, and allow customizing background

    Acorbat Reader DC displays pages with unsightly white borders, including down the middle of any matter spanning page spreads, such as photographs.

    Also, I would like to be able to choose a custom background color, and hide all the toolbars, buttons, tabs and whatnot.

11. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC blocking the Ooutlook 365

    Hi,

    after provided more tests were found that (in my case) reason and solution (I saw that behaviour from August 2020 to till now)

    Description of workaround and provided steps
    - Openned pdf document in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (still updated version, recently 2020.013.20074),
    - In Adobe File/Share file/Outlook message (Office 365 still update, recently version 16.0.13530.20132, 64bit),
    - Then is automatically opened Outlook new message,
    - message is fulfilled with the data and addresses, then click on send,
    - Outlook and Adobe are still opened,

    • standard work in both and next application (time to time (hapened not always, olny sporadicaly), don´t know the trigger of issue, but Outlook is seems like freezen (no any reaction to command by mouse or keyboard) - then when you close (standard close of application, not kill the process) Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you can continue with work in Outlook, no further action are required).

    Maybe you can find the code bug and reapair it (I will be happy if you can share your feedback).

12. Bad design: Stop forcing mouse pointer in Acrobat Reader

    Acrobat Reader DC changes the mouse pointer into its own scheme. Not talking about the specific tools, just the standard mouse when hovering over the Acrobat window.
    I don't have the best vision, so I have my Windows mouse pointer set to be very visible, or I will lose track of it on the screen. But when using Acrobat, I lose track of the pointer, because Acrobat INSISTS that I don't get to use my custom pointer, but rather use the virtually invisible Acrobat default.
    Why would Acrobat need to change the pointer? I get it for specific tools, like drag or magnify or whatever, but just for regular use? NO reason, other than to annoy users as much as possible

13. Manual duplex printing

    Hello,
    After going through all options, I haven't found one feature I really desire. I would love to print brooklet, however, there is no option for manual duplex printing.
    Ex. after choosing brooklet, there is no option to choose it. The only way is the manual printing, ex/ 1 and 68, manual pages flip in the printer, 2-67... new page :)

    Would it be ever possible to print brooklet both-sided for printers not supporting automatic duplex?

    Looking to hear back from you guys and I believe you would add this feature in future realeases :)

16. Allow to choose own highlight colors from color wheel

    I color code my highlights and would really appreciate having an option to choose any color from a color wheel or hex code rather than having to choose from the 12 predetermined colors in the app. The iPad app is even more limited with only 7 colors to choose from.

19. By default, Snapshot should produce higher-resolution images

    The default resolution is too low in Edit, Preferences, General, Use fixed resolution for Snapshot tool images. The resolution should be fixed at a higher value, at least 300 ppi.
