    Hi everyone,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Could you please perform the following workaround which is to set 'bDisableSuggestWorkaroundsAtLaunch' in Registry editor at 'Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\AVGeneral\CrashDataAtLaunch' to 1 and let us know if you're facing this issue again

    It would be great if you could help us with a few queries that will help us in investigating the bug:

    What is the version of Acrobat Reader DC/ Acrobat that you are using?
    · Could you please share the files for which you’re facing the issue so that we can try to reproduce the issue at our end
    · Could you please confirm that this issue is happening with that specific file or with other files also?

    Please update your Acrobat to the latest version: 2021.001.20145. It seems you're not on the latest version of the Acrobat.

    • Could you please share the files which you’re using with the Compare Files tool so that we can try to reproduce the issue at our end?

    The shortcut for the next Find hit is F3 and the previous is Shift + F3.

    Let me know if the provided shortcut doesn't work for you.

    Hi Everyone,

    The issue has been fixed in the latest update of Adobe Acrobat and Reader (Version: 2019.012.20036). Please update your applications to the latest version and let us know if you’re facing any issues.

    For getting the latest version of the application (Adobe Acrobat or Reader DC)

    - Open the Adobe Acrobat or Reader DC application in your machine.
    – Click on the ‘Help’ menu in the application.
    – Click on ‘Check for Updates…’.
    – Update your application to the latest version and verify that the latest version is 2019.012.20036

    For getting the version of the application (Adobe Acrobat or Reader DC)

    - Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application in your machine.
    – Click on the ‘Help’ menu in the application.
    – Click on ‘About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC…’.

    Please follow the steps to share the file using Adobe send - https://cloud.acrobat.com/send

    1) Open this link
    2) Click on “Select files to Send”
    3) Click link "Choose file from my computer" and Select the file
    4) Click on "Add Files", if you have more files to add
    5) Click on Create link
    6) Share this link with us
    7) You can also share this file to limited persons using "Send personalized invitations"
    8) Enter the email ids of persons you want to share the file and click "Send"

    We are looking into this problem. Are you getting an error while converting from PDF to docx (no docx created?), or the file content in docx file after exporting from PDF is incorrect? Please elaborate on the exact issue you are facing.

    Also, please share the version of Reader/Acrobat you are using. You will find the version number under Help→Adobe Adobe Acrobat…
