  1. I met with a customer today who accidentally clicked the "save link" button on a file that was shared with him. When he tried to remove the link he got the "remove link" dialog (see attached screenshot). It wasn't clear from the dialog whether he would lose access to the document if he chose to remove the link. In fact, he would still be able to access the document through the original share link. The action would only remove the item from the list of items shared with him on Document Cloud home.

  2. I spoke with a customer today who asked for an option when receiving a file for Viewing to open the file in Acrobat. There is an option to Download from the top toolbar, but the ask was to be more similar to the experience when receiving a file for Review. In that case, there is a link to open the file in Acrobat.

  3. I have no clue what has been shared or linked. The beauty of Send and track is gone - and missed. I will not fight this battle every day.

Thank you for posting. If you click on Shared for Viewing on the left hand side you’ll see a list of all the files you’ve shared. Is there something in that view that you aren’t ale to do or find difficult to do?

  4. Hello,

I have been using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to sign and send my documents via my Outlook client.

However, the new version of Acrobat DC doesn't seem to follow the same process.

Please advise on whether or not it is still possible to Sign and Send documents the way we used to.

  5. This new interface is horrific. The old one was perfect--simple and functional. This one is very counter-intuitive. Is there any way to optionally access and use the older interface?

  6. This new interface is absolutely awful. I have had nothing but trouble and I can't even figure out when something has uploaded with another item. Boy, have you ever taken a gem of a program and made it difficult to use. I'm afraid that I am going to have to find another cloud share program as I am not going to be able to waste any more time.

We’ve added a Share Files and Send for Review quick start buttons in DC Home to make it easier to upload and send files.

  7. I do not like this newer version of Adobe Pdf Send!! The previous version was so much better and easier to use. The Send & Track Button has disappeared, you can no longer put a Company logo on the delivery email to recipient and it seems you have to attach multiple files a longer winded way, rather than just drag and drop files, add a title, email address and then Send. Files also when uploading seem to error so it takes several attempts to actually send. Please sort it out!!!

  8. YOU CHANGED THE APP SO BAD!!! I can no longer "forward: to another person, the same group of files and wording that I sent to another person previously. This really renders your app useless to me, because now I must rewrite the introduction each time. ????

  9. I met with a customer today who asked for an option, when generating a link to a file for Viewing or Review, that would require users to provide a password before getting access to the document. The customer has a workflow where they post the URL on a website, but want to restrict access to only those people who are furnished an access password. The user would create the password when generating the URL and distribute it independently of the Doc Cloud system.

If you have a similar workflow, please vote for this idea and provide additional information in the…

  10. I met with a customer today who asked for an option when sharing a file for Viewing or Review to restrict access to only those users who are invited. They understood that that also requires each invited recipient to have a free Adobe ID and to sign in, but wanted to make sure that the document URL can not be shared with anyone who is not invited.
