  1. I met with a customer today who asked for an option, when generating a link to a file for Viewing or Review, that would require users to provide a password before getting access to the document. The customer has a workflow where they post the URL on a website, but want to restrict access to only those people who are furnished an access password. The user would create the password when generating the URL and distribute it independently of the Doc Cloud system.

If you have a similar workflow, please vote for this idea and provide additional information in the…

  2. YOU CHANGED THE APP SO BAD!!! I can no longer "forward: to another person, the same group of files and wording that I sent to another person previously. This really renders your app useless to me, because now I must rewrite the introduction each time. ????

  4. I met with a customer today who asked for an option when sharing a file for Viewing or Review to restrict access to only those users who are invited. They understood that that also requires each invited recipient to have a free Adobe ID and to sign in, but wanted to make sure that the document URL can not be shared with anyone who is not invited.

Thank you for posting. If you click on Shared for Viewing on the left hand side you’ll see a list of all the files you’ve shared. Is there something in that view that you aren’t ale to do or find difficult to do?

  8. you used to be able to share after checkboxing mutiple recent docs now the button disappears after you click on 2 items.. Please advise on how to continue to share multiple uploaded docs. TY

  9. Until about last week I could upload multiple files using Document Cloud > Share Files > Computer > drag & drop, and create one link. Now it won't let me upload more than one file. Even if I upload one file, the link that used to show up in the lower-left corner saying "add a file" (or "add files" or something) isn't there anymore. If I try to drag&drop more than one file, I get a warning as shown in the attached image. A critical reason that I subscribe to this service is to be able to upload multiple files…

  12. Hello,

I have been using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to sign and send my documents via my Outlook client.

However, the new version of Acrobat DC doesn't seem to follow the same process.

Please advise on whether or not it is still possible to Sign and Send documents the way we used to.

  13. This new interface is horrific. The old one was perfect--simple and functional. This one is very counter-intuitive. Is there any way to optionally access and use the older interface?

  14. Comments are very small and hard to read at default. Need to be able to increase the point size of comments. Current workaround is to download to desktop, defeating the purpose of sharing and collaboration.

    Hi Lee Dean,

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with Acrobat Web. When you mentioned that comments are very small, could you please clarify whether you are referring to the "Sticky Note" icon present on the document or the comments displayed in the right-hand panel (RHP)? Providing additional details will assist us in resolving the issue more promptly.

    Best regards,

    Amit Gupta

  18. The device limitation is not suitable for an agency that utilizes multiple devices. Whoever I spoke with said we could up just Adobe Acrobat and that would solve the problem.

We need to have a solution so more than two people can view PDF's at one time without kicking people/devices off.
