Desktop Not Available From Windows (email)
I recently downloaded a file from my email and noticed that it opened within a portal instead of the usual Open Desktop app. As a result, I saved the file in my cloud account and tried opening the PDF again from my desktop app, only to find that it still opened in the portal. This posed an issue because I needed to extract each page as a separate file, as the entire text file size is 96kb and couldn't be uploaded to the application I was using.

- could you please elaborate on which cloud you have uploaded the document after downloading from email?
- when you tried to open downloaded file, which portal you have observed, Is it Chrome Extension portal (Url contains: chrome-extension://) or Acrobat Web portal (Url contains: http://acrobat.adobe.com/)?

New PDF editor is not working out for me
New PDF editor is very slow and taking longer than before. It scan the pages for editing and its very long time. New PDF editor is also not scanning the handwritten items. Previous version was scanning the handwritten words and was easy to correct spelling in handwritten items.

Eliminating the free grandfathered Sign accounts is dirty
Not cool, Adobe. Now that you've done that annoying account migration, it seems you've eliminated the free Adobe Sign accounts, although when I click on my account, it claims I still have access to send and sign documents.
It allowed me to send one and now when I select a document to upload to get signed, it doesn't go any further because a popup comes up trying to force me to upgrade to something I don't want.
I originally was grandfathered on the 10 free contracts a month plan, then you took that away and downgraded me to 5. Then…

Acrobat sign useless
I’m using the mobile version of acrobat sign. However it doesn’t work- and hasn’t been an app tye actually functions in 3 years. Is seriously no one product testing your apps? This is at least the 3rd feedback note I have left about this not working. Why do I pay so much money each year to not be able to access what is advertised?
Within the app- when I try to send a document out for signature- I get the attached head screen- trying to take me to the app. But the buttons do not function.

Compress PDF Function Not Working
The Compress PDF function is not working. It will attempt to upload the document but stop at the same number every time I try to refresh and reupload. Please fix!! Need this function to work.

Send for Signature not received
We are having many people not getting the emails for documents with requested signatures.

For example if in acrobat the agreements shows in In progress section, if you as sender are receiving a confirmation email that the agreement was send, also if there is any error that appears after you send for signature will be really helpful if you can share it with us.

Frustration with how slow saving is during editing
Saving is too slow, 5 minutes and still waiting.
Really dislike Adobe, use to love it, not it is tedious to use, to save, to access. It has become cumbersome.

Rubbish unhelpful unwanted 'feature'
I just clicked on the Rotate button on a pdf document opened in Acrobat and instead of simply rotating the page as it used to do I now keep gettnig directed to a new window with an adobe url including '/link/' with a blank page and it won't let me get back to my already open document. How do I get rid of this unhelpful 'feature', plesae?

Massive issue with adobe sign
Hi there, you have a fault with Adobe sign. When you open a PDF that has been altered and signed the changes to not show up on the PDF when opened in an iPhone. They show when opened on PC in Adobe but not on iPhone> The auto generated email with the document also does not show the changes when opened on my phone. This is a massive issue.

lagging scrolling file on website
too lagging when scroling the pdf file, when using Adobe reader app on desktop, it does not lagging, but web too lag, happen on any laptop

Use a current e-sign template for fill & sign
The ability to have the option to use a current e-sign template and convert it to a fill & sign versus having to start from scratch when I'm wanting to use the current template in front of the customer.
