Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. too lagging when scroling the pdf file, when using Adobe reader app on desktop, it does not lagging, but web too lag, happen on any laptop

    • What is the screen resolution on your machine?

  3. I am not able to combine pdf files and compress feature also not available. What is the use of providing acrobat services when these features are not provided. Planning to end the subscription

  4. The ability to have the option to use a current e-sign template and convert it to a fill & sign versus having to start from scratch when I'm wanting to use the current template in front of the customer.

  7. Awful service...just spent an age trying to get my Export PDF subscription working and was told that my subscription does cover export to JPEG...only to word. Supposedly I need to upgrade to some other service

    Export subscription explicity says:
    Export to Word
    Export to Excel
    Export PowerPoint
    Export to JPEG, TIFF, PNG

    How do I get my subscription to work?

  8. So far the app won't load and edit, and the web based Adobe won't edit and save. Already its lost have half my work. I have 16gbs of ram.

  11. There is no way to remove the ****** floating menu when opening a pdf. Get rid of that garbage and show where the preferences can be changed at.

  15. I exported an adobe doc to a Word DOCx. Word cannot open the file. This is not a great help folks.

  16. Need help with agreement templates - when attempting to use them, instead of loading it errors out. This happens frequently since the Adobe update/change to Adobe Acrobat.
