For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. When I attempt to complete an e-signature on the desktop app or through my documents on my hard drive, it freezes and I am unable to complete. Is there a fix for this?

    Are you trying to complete e-signature on Acrobat desktop app? Are you trying to sign your own documents or documents sent by someone else? Does it happen to all documents or just some particular ones? 

    Could you please share more details (and test documents if possible) so we can investigate?

    Thanks for your feedback. You should be able to remove or change the image signature in the signature panel by clicking the pencil icon next to it.

  9. I purchased acrobat a few weeks ago but the software is completely unstable and almost unusable. Whenever i open a document i get error messages and the screen freezes, i will be cancelling my subscription and seeking an alternative PDF software if this is not solved quickly

  13. When I convert to PDF from Word the font is distorted on the output PDF. So I've been uploading it for conversion online, and it looks great. Can you help me to be able to convert without going online? I wasn't able to upload samples from here.

  14. What would be really good is if I could search by a particular word/name through the signature request documents - I find myself searching by eye for an agreement between x and x, would be great if there was a way to just search for it

  15. I sign a document and immediately it is sent to Adobe servers without my permission, so I have to come to the Adobe site to search for and delete the file... then... return to Adobe Acrobat and save the file to my computer. I have a lot of documents I have to sign and this rigamarole is a pain in the a**. I did not ask to have anything saved to Adobe's website and frankly it's also an invasion of privacy by hijacking my documents instead of saving them like the app should.

  16. What a disastrous way to sign in ending up in a loop despite putting in correct code, having the auth app etc. Looking at Docusign now instead and cancelling Adobe completely.

  17. I had taken help from a technical support from Adobe today - the problem was resolved but soon after I submitted the Survey form - the the font -print started to ***** / or break up - and even my the there was voice break up in my video meetings after that. I am very concerned.
