For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. Not sure why you took away the blue DONE button or why I can't see the drop-down menu of page numbers at the bottom of page so I can easily jump to other pages instead of scrolling, but can you bring both of those features back?

  5. the Adobe pdf stopped suddenly while reading and when I reopen it mentioned it is closed abruptly and given the option to restore but when I pressed on I was not able to find my edited file aand I lost all my work in the documents and this happed twice

  6. can't Add a Signature from an Image taken with a mobile phone. I've never encountered such a problem previously.
    The file size is 56kb, the file is a jpg, unlocked.
    The same image always worked when using Acrobat on previous devices (Mac)

  11. I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

    Hi Julie,

    Are you requesting different colors for data you're filling in the form fields? When you said "all documents only showing in black and white" do you mean the entire document is in black and white or just the form fields? Documents with different text colors should be rendered with the colors on Fill & Sign. Please provide a screenshot (and a test document if possible), if documents with text in colors are not displayed correctly.

  13. ******* Terrible software to use. it has caused me nothing but problems with just the smallest of task. I wish WISH I could go back in-time and stop myself from making the mistake of using this software and save myself the money and all the headaches. I have gotten from using this software. In my opinion get a different software program save yourself before its to late. Customer support won't be able to help more than telling the same thing you are tying.

  14. I sent a document out for three signatures to three different email addresses. Adobe placed the first recipient's signature in all three signature blocks and told me "all recipients signed" the document. This does not work, people!!!!!

  16. it has been extremely slow, I cant use it on my phone! I'm paying the premium, and i cant use it for what I'm paying for. i need these fixed on both the website version, and the phone version! I haven't being able to send a document through the app for 2 months. i need these checked or updated.

  18. Bug detected...
    Fill&Sign does not save the entries made for downloading and or sending by email. The only way entered text can be recovered is by reopening the edited document in Fill&Sign during the same session but that is meaningless as you cannot download or send anyway. Pleas fix this bug asap because it makes a major functionality for which I have paid obsolete.

  19. Ich versuche jetzt schon zum 7. mal meine Zahlungsdaten zu aktualisieren um den Betrag abbuchen zu lassen. Es kommt immer die Meldung das es bearbeitet wird und dann passiert nichts. So geht das jetzt schon fast 3Monate. Jetzt wollte ich PayPal nutzen aber denkste wieder läuft es ins Leere. Nun hab ich die Nase voll und nutze ein anderes Programm!!!!!!!!!!

  20. The device limitation is not suitable for an agency that utilizes multiple devices. Whoever I spoke with said we could up just Adobe Acrobat and that would solve the problem.

    We need to have a solution so more than two people can view PDF's at one time without kicking people/devices off.

    2) If you want that more than two people can view PDF at same time, please refer mentioned steps for sharing a document:

    • Navigate to “Your Documents” section
    • Select the file you want share. You will see “Share with Others” and “Get a Link” option in right hand pane :
    • You can use any of the two options to share your file to others.
