Adobe Document Cloud SharePoint integration needs the features of Reader and integration with Adobe Sign
Make the SharePoint Online "Adobe Document Cloud" integration (it is an Azure enterprise app) have at minimum at least the same features as Adobe Reader. The Adobe Document Cloud app in SharePoint has several problems. Most of my users are not going to have the expensive annual subscription to Adobe Cloud, so they are using the "free" version of this. All PDFs default open in Adobe Document Cloud and there is no way to change that behavior. (It's buggy and I've let Microsoft engineers know). But I got a flood of emails, and one employee ran to my desk, when I turned on the integration because there is no print button. This is a huge oversight. Also, you cannot fill out fillable PDFs in the browser with the app. Of course in SharePoint you can always download a PDF, fill it out, and upload it, but the entire point of SharePoint is that you don't have to do that - everything should be done inside of SharePoint so that collaboration is possible. I have one PDF form that six different people on a committee need to fill in comment boxes on. They cannot each independently download the same PDF and reupload it - versioning nightmare. And the kicker is that Adobe Sign is on this document too. I spent countless hours - yes, hours - on the phone with Adobe Sign and the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing at Adobe because they didn't understand why the committee members cannot fill out the comment boxes in the fillable PDF, even though they have a place to sign. The Adobe Sign integration works just fine. Please get this figured out. At minimum, people need to be able to print a PDF from within the Adobe Document Cloud app in SharePoint; people need to be able to fill in fillable PDFs; and all of this has to integrate with Adobe Sign. The use case is what I mentioned - multiple people filling in comment boxes during a review period, and then at the end of the review period, signing the document. All inside of SharePoint.
