Sign app doesn’t work on Iphone

The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro

This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.

The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app

Hi Tamsen, are you referring to the Adobe Sign mobile app or loading the mobile web site (documentcloud.adobe.com)?
