Horrible signup experience and first impressions
I am a new customer. I need to scan documents and create PDF files. I've been on your site for about 15 minutes so far. I wanted to share my experience so far.
Horrible.
Firstly, this site requires 20-30 JavaScript sites, which I typically deny - and now I have to explicitly turn them on. Security needs to be brought in-house. Your customers depend on your security and using external sites is not secure.
Next, this portal interface is too similar to the horrible Microsoft Enterprise 365 portal, which is difficult and very painful to use.
Your layout is confusing and cluttered. Icons all across the top is cluttered. It is all in the way.
The documents at the bottom - no. This needs to go. Stop showing all my documents on the home page. And you included documents that were from previous customers - this was creepy and should NOT be allowed unless explicitly requested.
Change interface to the tried and true ldft side menu on the left side of the screen. This worked for 10 years for a reason. Nobody is getting awards for this new layout. It is confusing, busy and cluttered.
You were not my first choice, however the previous service was untrustworthy.
I have not yet used the service, however, I am so far ar a 4/10 rating for my experience so far.
