Thank you for your feedback. Do you mean the “audit report” included in the final copy of the Adobe Sign document emailed to you after it’s signed? Would you mind telling us the reason you’d like to have it disabled?

Having this information available as a detached document for internal audit trails can be very beneficial. There are many situations in which disseminating this information as part of a signed document externally is inappropriate. The lack of availability to exclude the audit report limits when we can use the signatures function.

Because it's not standard to have something like that at the end of a signed document. It also includes private contact info and info that people don't need to know (e.g., like when something was sent/viewed).
