Unable to access my account
Well, I paid a subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC and was charge for 3 year which I did not request and then paid for a 1 year but neither of the acrobats were completed downloaded to my account. I used it once on the web the day I paid for it and now I am unable to get to it. Can someone get back to me on this issue. The email used was email@example.com.
Thanks for your feedback. Have you changed your Adobe ID (your email address) since you purchased subscription?
