This sucks
Cannot open an adobe PDF, has been sent multiple times but will not open. Have BOTH versions of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - what's going on?????

Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat. Could you please provide more details on the issue you are facing to help debug the issue
1. Are you able to open PDF files present on your machine locally.
2. What workflow you are trying to run
3. Are you getting any error message
4. Please confirm OS version and Acrobat version you have on your machineRegards
