Fill & Sign once more broken - get it fixed permanently please!!!!!!!!!

Bug detected...
Fill&Sign does not save the entries made for downloading and or sending by email. The only way entered text can be recovered is by reopening the edited document in Fill&Sign during the same session but that is meaningless as you cannot download or send anyway. Pleas fix this bug asap because it makes a major functionality for which I have paid obsolete.

    Can you please provide additional details on this bug?

    What is meant by "entries"?

    What exact steps cause the issue to occur?
