The fill and sign templates are not opening for use, but instead show an error.
Need help with agreement templates - when attempting to use them, instead of loading it errors out. This happens frequently since the Adobe update/change to Adobe Acrobat.

Will you be able to provide more details, such as a screenshot showing where you are executing the operation? Or details of the steps that you performed would be great. What products are you using to request e-signature? Acrobat desktop application or Acrobat web (document cloud) application? If you are on a mobile device we redirect to use the Sign mobile apps directly as it is working best for mobile.
