Worst Customer Support I've Ever Experienced
Worst customer experience EVER!
Tried to subscribe to the trial because my access to my existing account was not working. Site signed me up for a new subscription and then that didn't work (every time I tried to use a function (in this case Combine Files) a pop-up appeared asking me to sign up for a new subscription.
Tried to get support via Chat and after many questions was finally sent to a Live Agent. I waited for 2 hours pinging them every 5-10 minutes w/ no response.
When I tried Chat support again this morning the system informed me that support was closed.
Cannot find the support hours ANYWHERE?
WTF????
