Can't rotate pages for free anymore
I used to be able to rotate and save pages of a PDF for free here. Now it forwards me to another page and I have to pay £20 a month to do it. This is ridiculous for such a basic feature.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for inconvenience. Organize pages is premium feature and free user is limited to 2 transactions per day. We provide different plans which includes different capabilities.

Thank you for reaching out. Rotate is a part of organizing page feature, you can try it for free after sign up/sign in using Adobe Acrobat online https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/rotate-pdf.html
