FRUSTRATION
All I want to do is be able to close a document I have open in Adobe Acrobat. The help system is NOT HELPFUL. I started a chat and the agent told me to X out of Adobe Acrobat. I replied that then I have to reload it and the document is still there. This seems ridiculous to me. She then disconnected me with no further response. NOT IMPRESSED with Adobe help.
