Overcharged
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding the charges and account management associated with my Adobe Acrobat subscription.
Over the course of my usage of Adobe Acrobat, I have encountered multiple instances of being double-charged, overcharged, and erroneously billed for cancellation fees. As the sole user of the software, it is evident that these discrepancies do not align with the terms of my subscription.
Furthermore, I have been facing persistent challenges with the software's compatibility with QuickBooks, including issues such as the malfunctioning of the thumbnail preview, recurring error 1500 messages, and difficulties in sending documents for signature due to offline status or the requirement for re-saving.
Despite my efforts to seek assistance for these issues, I have not received satisfactory resolutions or support from the customer service team. Consequently, I kindly request the following actions be taken promptly:
- Reverse all erroneous charges incurred beyond the agreed-upon subscription fee. The only charge I should have is for $21.24 for a single-user license. All other charges were supposed to be reversed.
- Remove all extraneous accounts associated with the email addresses info@ohi-inc.com and maria@ohi-inc.com, retaining only one account designated for sole-person usage. My hope is that maybe this will stop all the errors.
I trust that you will address these matters with urgency and diligence to ensure the fair and proper management of my Adobe Acrobat subscription and account. Your prompt attention to this request is greatly appreciated.
