I had a very bad experience with your technical team by spending an hour still cant resolve the issue of my downloading your software on my laptop. Hence I have decided not to use your software and wanted to refund and cancel my subscription

And your team member is super unhelpful. I just want to cancel my subcription and refund since I just subscribed it TODAY.

Your this customer service keep putting my onhold for checking, which I had no idea what else to check since I already said I do not want to continue.

He keeps talking and insisting me to stay by offering my discount or free service. and most importantnly, he did not allow me to speak, he just jumped in to speak while im speaking

very rude customer service and till date, i still do not know if my plan will be cancelled and refunded.

please look into the case and improve your service

technical team and service team are both failed and not competent at all
