E-Signature Signing Order
We would like to request a feature that allows multiple people to be assigned the same signing order. For example, have 3 tenants be able to view and sign documents at the same time (All 3 Tenants Assigned Signing Order 1), and then have the Landlord only be able to view and sign after the tenants have all signed (Landlord as Signing Order 2).
For leasing services, the Landlord always has to sign last. Adding this feature would be helpful to minimize transactions so that we can include the landlord on the initial transaction. In the current format, it requires each tenant to be assigned a separate signing order. This is an issue because tenants sometimes like to discuss elements in the lease documents before signing, but are unable to do so if they cannot all see the lease at the same time.
