For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Liked the way activities and excercises at the back of the chapter have been arranged in a proper format

    The activities given are based on the latest pattern and are structured in a proper methodology.
    Less of question answer and most of experiential learning which helps children to think out of the box and make them to be keen to learn new things related to the chapter as well.

  3. Cannot convert for free using Acrobat

    The Acrobat PDF reader is preventing me from converting word documents to pdf on my computer, asking me to pay for usage. Converting to pdf is and should be a free service. Demand correction and explanation.

  4. "Free" compression

    Apparently I don't even get one free compression of a file without giving you credit card details. And I got enough errors figuring that out that I would not trust your tools much.

    I ******* HATE Adobe! I hate the new version and I hate how UNintuitive it is compared to the older versions! I have to CALL tech support for the stupidest easy functions because everything is different and not easy to figure out without an instruction. If you don't use it, you lose it and I don't adjust or alter pdf's enough to remember how to alter forms. You people need to STOP adding all of these gosh **** functions and simplify more. In the Marine Corps the say this: K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid.

  8. text converts to rectangles

    For some reason every time I try to compress this file with your on-line compression it replaces much of the text with "tofu" or rectangles where the characters should appear.

    Ich möchte die alte Version zurück, die neue funktioniert nicht, Mann kann nicht kopieren usw. Es kann zwar laut Angabe auf die vorige Version umgestellt werden , das habe ich schon x-mal versucht, funktioniert nicht. Bitte auf vorige Version zurücksetzen

  10. Web PDF Compression tool - Ignores low compression selection

    I have a PDF that's about 50MB. I wanted to compress it using the Low Compression option which estimated it would be about 24MB. I've tried it several times now and each time it outputs a 7MB file and breaks the design. It seems to disregard the Low Compression selection entirely.

  13. Website and functionality not working

    Website not working, it says "Unable to display Recent files. Please check later." Not able to view uploaded document. I recheck my connection as well but progress bar is running without any output.

  15. You need to have some live help!

    I have been trying for days to start a form from scratch. Every page I have been directed to for directions doesn't look like what is on my screen. The most recent suggestion was to check for updates. I just got this last week! Even more infuriating is I don't even have a "help" button that leads to updates as described. Is there EVER the option to talk to an actual person who could help me?

    Why the **** does everything have to go via your world beating in shitness website? Why can't I just 'export to Word' directly from the pdf? Pro not worth the money.

  17. Highlighting disappears when download PDF

    When I download the actual PDF, all of the highlights are gone. This makes using the app entirely pointless. I will have to find a different app and redo all my work.

  20. can't convert Word document to PDF

    All I want to do is convert a Word document to a PDF, That has always been easy and free, but now your trying to make me buy an expensive package I neither want or need, Most annoying!!!!!
