For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I CAN'T USE THE SERVICES I'VE PAID FOR!!!

    I am having an INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT time using the services I've paid for...PDF conversion April 2024...and just YESTERDAY, I changed to Acrobat PRO.. Why can't I just tap convert file and expect Adobe to do it??? It used to, now I have to go through a bunch of hoops and I can't get the task done!

  3. Something is wrong

    I have a single seat pro license. When I try to convert a PDF to a Word document I get a window that says I do not have access and I need to contact my IT Administrator. What? Single seat... there is no administrator. I am it. What do I do to remove this PITA constraint?

  4. Adobe Cloud Downloads NOT Following Browser Settings!

    When downloading a PFD from the Adobe cloud that was "shared" by a co-worker the download no longer follows my BROWSER DOWNLOAD settings but chooses to place in Adobe Creative cloud someplace on my hard drive. THIS NEEDS TO FOLLOW THE BROWSER SETTIZNGS!! FIX THIS!

  5. Share completed Pdfs to google drive gone.

    Sharing completed PDFs to google drive or text was available in the old version. Gone from new app and terrible for my workflow.

    If you allow bulk send with Adobe Pro, please enable bulk download. I have nearly 300 documents that I have to individually export BOOOOO!

  9. Scan and OCR error

    Hi,
    I am unable to do the Scan and OCR step on my computer, for Japanese.
    It comes up with the error "Acrobat could not perform Text Recognition on this page because
    Unknown error".
    I can convert the same using the Acrobat Export PDF web interface.
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe on my computer. Can you please tell me how to fix this error.

  10. trouble converting pdf to word

    your web site does not work properly. when i try to convert a pdf to word, i get a message saying that my pdf file security settings do not allow the conversion. i do not have any security on my pdf's so this should not be happening. i am very unhappy with this service that i am paying for.

  13. Annoying

    I do not like that; each pdf I convert must be downloaded as a zip file and then opened. Then the pages are not one document, but separate pages. Please fix this. It creates more work. In addition, I am beginning to avoid pdf documents entirely since the app on my computer stopped reading them and I now need to purchase an app to open the files. I have switched to a free reader for the documents saved on my computer. I am paying over $100/year to convert pdf. It would be great if it included a basic reader.

  14. Refund all of money immediately.

    This is extremely irritating. My access keeps switching from one account to the other not allowing access to my many years of paid for Adobe Acrobat.

  18. Problems with Adobe Reader

    Adobe Reader is going exceptionally slow and occasionally stopping altogether at the moment. it doesn't let me open PDFs for than once.

  20. not converting pdfs to xlxs as usable

    re: converting all 2022 Chase statements from pdf to xlxs - it's an un-usable conversion. it places the transactions in one cell as image.
