For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Feeling Ripped-off

    The price increase announced yesterday is so extreme that I feel insulted and attacked by Adobe. I have been a loyal, paying customer for years. I have never received 14.99 / month of value from the product, but it has met my needs. To increase the price by more than 33% is simply absurd. I will cancel and find an Adobe competitor. All that I want is the ability to edit PDFs and I can get that for free elsewhere.

  3. Adobe Account Security/ 2FA

    To setup Two factor authentication by verification by e-mail, backup authentication method required. It is asking for phone number however there are people who don't have phone or can receive texts. Please remove backup authentication requirement to turn on two factor. There is recovery method already setup like secondary e-mail. Please make changes immediately.

  5. This new UI is AWFUL!

    This new UI is TERRIBLE! I can't put anything where I can actually use it.

    The page navigation is on the rt. at the bottom.

    The changes you've made to Acrobat make me want to use something else.

    The side panel used to be on the rt. and now it's on the left.

    You've ruined a great product.

  6. too much for occasional user and retiree

    I rarely use Adobe Acrobat. I am retired. Please accept my cancellation. I may want to use Adobe Acrobat in a few months for just a few documents, but I am not a regular user nor can I afford your fee.

    Ich versuche es schon seit einer Woche.

  16. Make acrobat landing page more user friendly with filtering/sorting options

    the entry portal for Acrobat.adobe.com is not very user friendly. I get a long list of documents but i can't even see off the bat which ones I've signed and which i haven't. I have to go back often after checking data elsewhere, I sign some and not others and I would like to be able to filter by that fields and possibly others but at least I'd like to not see the ones i have already signed and just show the ones pending or waiting on a signature. make this page more customizable and helpful. thanks.

  18. I didn't think of Adobe for PDFs

    With the web, there is no longer a desktop reader for Acrobat. So when I see PDF's, in my folders, I see a chrome icon. When I think PDF, I think Chrome/Google. I was just thinking about getting a PDF readers, I was surprised that Adobe make one. Which is odd, as it was my default if I go back. It was PDF's that got me into this ecosystem, so you may want to rethink it. I'll pay monthly for lightroom and photoshop, not something other programmes on my desktop do for free.

  20. No sign out option

    There is no Signout option once you have logged in to an account. I need to be able to switch easily. This seems like a very poor oversight
