Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. how about instead of providing a link for someone to chat with their open problem record but a link to takes them to the current ticket status - this is really hard to navigate to

  10. I've setup Reminders for 2 documents and they both show the next Reminder day correctly, but there is no evidence of a reminder being sent prior to that date. Just wondering what the trick is to seeing what the reminder system is doing. Eg did it attempt to send at the required time and failed, was it successful or not?

  11. I have had a subscription for years and I keep getting told that I have to buy a subscription. I have deactivated the program from a computer and it won't download and I keep getting the same stupid message. I have a different primary computer and nothing I do seems to help and your chat just gave up on me. I am about ready to cancel since I can't use the blankety blank program.

  12. a) notifications that say that something was signed without the title of the document aren't very helpful
    b) your dashboard here of documents would be much improved with a column for signature status - fully signed, partially signed, not yet signed, etc.

  18. Could you please change the way Acrobat Pro DC does software updates? If I'm in a rush to look at a document and Acrobat just sits there doing a software update, it gets annoying. Please do software updates like other software companies do it: open the program, let the user use the old version and have a popup displayed which tells the user that an update is available so they can update when it is more suitable or they can schedule an update.
