"FREE" online [Extract pages] FAILING
I am trying to use the free [Extract pages] feature, I successfully LOGON using my AdobeID, but get this error message while attempting to UPLOAD a file.

This product is absolute garbage. When working on a document, it expires whenever it wants and all information is lost. even when actively working on project. great, I just lost 2 hours of my time

Where do you get licensed downloads??!!
I have been and IT admin for many years and have managed clients' Acrobat licensing, and I have to say, your site is consistently confusing, non-intuitive, and impossible to find even the most basic part of your purpose, to sell software. I have not used your site in a couple years, but now I again have an account. For the life of me, I cannot find where to download Acrobat! Get your site's **** together. I'm personally staying with my Bluebeam license for general PDF use until this **** is fixed.

Hi,
I am quite disappointed in your advertising of this Acrobat Online Services for FREE.
After Compressing only 2 documents I now have to subscribe which is very misleading.
You should state from the beginning try the FREE TRIAL then I would of understood the implications.1 vote -

Account repeatedly not recognized/ chaos
I have a subscription but every month or so I spend about 20 minutes with your password chaos trying to get my account (andrew@peaston.com) recognized. You should really make this process better. Completely unprofessional and user-unfriendly from your side. I pay for this.

You can go to profile icon at top right that will open a preference dialog. Check on Join Acrobat Web beta checkbox. This will let you get in to beta mode.
