For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. I get an Adobe window opening in Edge every time I open a .pdf file. the file will open in the desktop app and then the edge window opens over the top.

  9. Your live agent Madhu was connected to me via Live Chat and was unresponsive for almost 10 minutes. Adobe is a huge company and I can't believe the level of service I just experienced - which was 0/10.

  10. Acrobat is the worst application I have ever used. I have a Pro account and cannot install the full client on my Mac. I have run the Creative Cloud Uninstaller - it ran 'with errors'. I have downloaded the AcrobatDCInstaller and it does nothing.

    I use the Cloud version and cannot find how to create a hyperlink - it indicates I must use the full client to do so but (above) the freaking app won't install.

    So much wasted time on an application that is not intuitive or even works.

  18. Why do I have to keep opening – SET OPEN OPTIONS to set how I want to see each one every time and save, for e.g.
    I have to keep setting each document to open by clicking SHOW THE PAGES PANEL AND THE PAGE, when this option should be available to set in the Preferences and there is nothing there to set it like that – needs sorting do something.

  19. I have not been able to print for a couple months because of this problem. I don't understand why I am the only one having this problem but I receive no help and the only thing I receive is to pay this much a month. Maybe I would pay if someone could help me.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and trying Acrobat web. Regarding your question, there is a way to check for invoice and your current plan. Please follow below steps:

    1. Login to acrobat.adobe.com with your user

    2. After you sign in, click on profile icon at your top right corner

    3. Click on Adobe Account option below user name

    4. You will be redirected to a web page where you can check your plans and invoice under "Plans and payment" 


    Please try this out and ket us know if this still solves the issue.
