file convert save location
When a pdf is converted to docx or xlsx, the save location for the resulting docx or xlsx file should be the folder in which the underlying, original PDF is situated. Defaulting back to the main directory is time consuming and unnecessary.

I tried converting move to mp4, it was successfully converted and was asked to sign in before I could download the mp4 content but as soon as I signed in the content was lost. Bullocks. Wasted my 40 minute waiting.

Keyboard shortcut for "add text comment"
Please add a keyboard shortcut for the "add text comment" tool. I use this all the time and even with it in my quick tools it is cumbersome and slow to have to constantly mouse around.

Doc on cloud unusable
Commenting on an adobe document and shared it. Then unshared and document crashed before saving and now i can see it in my cloud but I cannot download or reshare. What gives?

I renamed a file thinking it was saved now i cant even find images
I HAVE RENAMED MY ADOBE SCAN FILE DOCUMENT OF IMAGES TAKEN AND SAVED IT BUT IT DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY AND I DONT HAVE THOSE PHOTOS AT ALL IN CLOUD STORAGE OR EVEN HERE IN ADOBE SCAN APP PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER IT OR RETRIEVE SOMETHING I RENAMED A FILE OF IMAGES BECAUSE IT VANISHED AND I CANT FIND THEM. Your employee HUNG UP on me WITHOUT answering my question after being on the phone with me for 50+ minutes
I was just on the phone, and gave the Adobe team member access to my computer, and he was (1) completely unhelpful during those 50 minutes and unable to provide a clear answer to my question and then (2) he HUNG UP on me and DISCONNECTED screen sharing rather than answering my question.
I am furious and I still have no idea how to do what I am trying to do in Adobe, even though one of your nicer employees was able to explain it to me 2 weeks ago in chat.
it is UNACCEPTABLE for your employee to hang…

Take too long to install adobe. To weak office computers it take too long. Almost 10 minutes from download to install.

copy text and paste without line breaks
When copying text in paragraph format, from a pdf, and then pasting that text the line breaks are kept.
Need to copy and paste WITHOUT the line breaks.

Where do you get licensed downloads??!!
I have been and IT admin for many years and have managed clients' Acrobat licensing, and I have to say, your site is consistently confusing, non-intuitive, and impossible to find even the most basic part of your purpose, to sell software. I have not used your site in a couple years, but now I again have an account. For the life of me, I cannot find where to download Acrobat! Get your site's **** together. I'm personally staying with my Bluebeam license for general PDF use until this **** is fixed.
