Page attempts to reload contents and get stuck
The Adobe Acrobat / Sign site regularly attempts to reload its content automatically (without me hitting refresh), and becomes stuck in "loading" animation. This happens consistently after no interacting with the page for about 1 minute. When it is stuck, only refreshing the page can reload the contents.
OS: Ubuntu 18.04

Review your Annual Charges for Common User
For a common person whose usage of documents is not very high, you should develop a home package with much less a cost.
Your current annual fee of Rs. 1200 apprx is way high vis-à-vis usage and utility.1 vote -
font changed when compressing - not readable
When I compressed a PDF it changed the font to the point where it cannot be read!?! Do we know why?

I bought the converter to use it on my documents and to my surprise I found out that Arabic language is not supported while Maltese is (Not disrespect) but why?!
I want a cancellation and a refund, how can I apply for one?

Frustration!
How can you improve this? You can fire the person who decided it was a good idea to make it seemingly impossible to delete a gotdamn file? How do I delete?! Why isn't this simple and intuitive?! Please call someone from Apple to help.

Complaint on repeated requests to upgrade
You keep asking me to upgrade I don't want to up grade!
I just want to use the access and tools I've already paid my subscription to use!

Account Initialization Emails Excessive
My employer set us up with a company account. When I initialized my account and completed the setup process, I received 50 emails in 3 minutes to click a link to confirm my email address and activate my account. Each one that I clicked (over a dozen) would spin in a new window and then would give an error for invalid username. I am able to use the functions it seems, I am signed in to the document cloud, so I'm not sure why I would receive 50 emails (and no I am not exaggerating the number) to confirm my…

Bad compression
This file compression is way off base. What the heck happened to the first bit of it??? Completely unusable. The rest is fine.

Setup File Download
You should make very easy to find the download area to get the setup files. It's unbelievable how you guys make hard to download the software and install it on desktop. I will not speak about offline installation. It's ridiculous!

User Interface and Functionality with New Format
The new view is very difficult to follow and understand. I am no longer able to search for agreements by name or email address. This is creating difficulties for me finding my agreements in a timely manner.

Currently , the Chat channel is not available for Enterprise individual users.
Users should have a direct communication channel with the Support Team for urgent questions when using the Products. The new version PRO DC throws a number of questions
Also the Enterprise version log-in prevents the individual user to get in touch thru' chat.

Login issue for Adobe Sign
The single sign on on the login page to Docusign and Adobe Sign seems to have problems. I constantly run into issue that I'm able to login using Google Auth, but on the Adobe Sign page I get attached errors.
This happens multiple times when I use Adobe Sign and it started to get really annoying and considering switching to a different service.1 vote -
In progress forms
Every time I open this webpage I have to click on "documents" and then "in process" to view my outstanding forms. Why can't it remember my preferred configuration and hold that page view?
