1. HORRIBLE NEW DESIGN!!!

   ITS HORRENDOUS! Its insane how horrible this product is. i HAD BARELY LEARNT WHERE TO FIND MY FILES UNDER THE "MANAGE" TAB. now all of that is gone, without notice! in the new interface, you dont even know who is the one that has signed the document. You should be ashamed with this product. I cant wait to move on.

2. READY TO CANCEL - PLEASE CONTACT ME

   Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. You have lost a once-loyal customer over this terrible terrible layout change. I do not feel like you will listen to customers and offer an option to revert to the old style. You ask for suggestions but Adobe will never undo what they already did. You have your ways and I have mine. Mine is to part ways with Adobe Sign. Please contact me regarding a pro-rated bill and whatever credits may be due to us.

3. nEW LAYOUT IS TERRIBLE

   I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

   Like how many are still out for signature??????

   I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?

8. Name change

   I cannot seem to change my last name (divorce) on my main screen. I have changed it on my profile, but it still shows up as my old last name. Sends files with my old name. Anyone have any ideas?

10. I can not remove the Office 365 sheet from my PDF why is it hiding my document/ that is crazy!!!!! Yes

    For some reason the Office 365 Doc was plastered over my PDF file/ that needs to be removed from my download- that is ridiculous!!!!!

12. new lay out is confusing and hard to navigate

    I no longer can see the clients I have sent contracts to. everything just gives the template name. Also I cant figure out how to finish prefilling a item I started. This is so confusing.

13. Reinstallation of Acrobat DC & Bad Certificates

    Good Afternoon,

    I already have a Subscription. However, I was having problems with my Mac operating system (High Sierra). I downgraded to El Capitan to try and correct these problems. My data is backed up in Time Machine, but if I restore it, it will reinstall the High Sierra operating system, creating the same problems again. I would like to download another copy of Adobe Acrobat DC, but I'm not sure how to do this and not be charged like a new member. Also, I was examining my Key Chain to check for invalid certificates. I found 3 identified as being from Adobe. I deleted them, but they kept reoccurring. I have them saved in my backup files, but I don't know how to send them to be examined. Please advise how I can reinstall this application. Best Regards

19. ALL FILES BEFORE JULY 12 ARE MISSING????

    All of the files we had sent through the system before July 12 are missing. These are files that go back to 2012 when we started with EchoSign. If this is Adobe and files are in the cloud then why the need to purge all my old agreements?? ADOBE WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? That was 6 years worth of agreements and signed documents that you decided I didn't need anymore?!?!?!? I want an answer for this and a restoration of my missing files NOW.
