For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. Please do not purchase Adobe. Its a dodgy process that just saps time. I initially had an assistant (A person) that helped, suddenly my whole package "expired" its areal scam. No one answers your call for help.

  7. I purchased Adobe acrobat Standard to edit my PDF files. After I downloaded it only to find out that if I want to edit I have to purchase the pro version. Very disappointed. I cancelled my purchase.

    but if I try to edit a file it tells me that I cannot, that my license does not include EDIT feature!

  9. I am a student at Gaziantep University in Turkey. Adobe does not have any student plan. Actually it has but it does not helpful. Prices are too high. We are student. We are not reach person. Why are not apps free for students? Will Adobe get rich by taking money from students? Useless, unnecessary and cruel system. Thanks to Adobe for helping students. If I graduate at University, I will make free programs for students. You will be my rival. Thanks so much.

  10. I'm writing to protest your outrageous fee increase. The monthly subscription went up by 25%!

    I don't see how you justify this. If there is another option besides Adobe, I will gladly cancel my account.

  11. I am canadian - us dollars .. Is Adobe new at doing business international

    I need a simple reader pdf editor

    I am computer expert and this should not take more than 5 min's of my time now I am here for 30 min's

Dear as an old client accepted terms but please note that and check from your system and chat records seeing that I got a discount and 3Months free but only I applied for an additional discount since I can't use main all features on my ChromeOS but after only online limited feature so asked an extra discount only, not cancelling, so please recover/restart my subscription with a extra discount since of non-able to use it on pc (chromeOS), please help me for my low budget and limited usage up to Adobe start giving full service to ChromeOS too, regards, azat…

I'm almost certain no one with decision making ability over at Adobe is going to care, but regardless, I'm just incredulous at the way you advertise a "Free PDF Editor", whcih comes up as the top result on a Google search as exactly that. It has a friendly upload button to upload your PDF to "start editing", so I do that, but oh suddenly no no, before I can continue I need to sign in or create an account.   17. Your desktop application, would not let me sign out into my other account because it kept prompting me to upgrade or try a free trial.

    Seriously? I PAY for the service and can't even log into my PAID ACCOUNT because you guys make it so the only option is to upgrade the current account. No option to change accounts, NOTHING in terms of FAQs or help for this.

    Honestly amazes me a company like adobe can't figure this out. So simple, HAVING PAID USERS ABLE LOG INTO THEIR ACCOUNTS WITH OUT BEING BLOCKED BY A "GIVE ME MORE MONEY" dialogue.

    Please check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.
